The primary focus of the redesign was the kitchen. We reconfigured the layout and introduced new bespoke cabinetry topped with a statement marble work surface featuring a waterfall edge. This allowed us to carve out an intimate, informal seating area — a social heart to the apartment that works equally well for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Throughout the living spaces, older furnishings were replaced with carefully curated pieces chosen to enhance the sense of understated luxury. Texture, tone and quality materials were prioritised, creating a refined yet relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

The bedrooms were also fully updated to provide a calmer, more boutique-hotel experience, with new furniture, soft furnishings and lighting schemes designed to complement the natural light and architectural setting.

A comprehensive lighting upgrade was implemented across the apartment, layering ambient, task and accent lighting to bring warmth and flexibility from day through to evening. Three of the en-suite bathrooms are currently undergoing renovation. We look forward to sharing photography once the works are complete.
